Fresh live blue mussels are tender and full of oceanic flavor and it is one of the delicious dishes on Giovanni Pina’s menu that we will highly recommend! Live blue mussels of high quality are seriously selected from the best production areas according to the season. Currently, we are adopting live blue mussels from South Australia but from next month onwards, blue mussels from the Netherlands or France will be the best choices.
