Inbound Call Center Representative (5 days work)

Our client, a leading global financial company, is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their dynamic team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Provide Good Service to Members
  • Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
  • Coordinate with other departments on customer requests

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year’s of call center/CS experience
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Training will be provided
