Counter Service Officer (15k-20k)

Job Description:

  • Provide high quality of services to customers
  • Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above, Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Good PC skills

 

Assistant Manager (25k-28k)

Job Description:

  • Provide high quality of services to customers
  • Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above, Minimum 4 year’s relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
