The maps above shows Grange Park when it first inargurated in 1920 and today, which is a period of more than a century.

There are various differences in the past and present arrangements of facilities. Children's play area, cafe, water feature, and amphitheatre for concerts are added, while stage for musicians, pond for water plants and water fountain have been removed. Locations of seats and rose gardens have also varied in the decades.

A stage for musicians was on the left of the park. It was removed and replaced with an amphitheathre for concerts. The fountain, in the middle, was replaced by a rose garden surrounded by four seats. The rose garden and the pond for water plants on the right hand side of the park were varied into a cafe and children's play area respectively.

The seats on the margins of the park are all now in the middle, while the number of rose gardens also dipped significantly from 3 to 2. Glasshouse is removed for the infrastructure of a water feature, where an additional entrance for underground carpark is also added.
