Despite visual impairment and the related limitations, I keep on exploring different aspects to understand myself deeply and I am achieving my goals progressively. Today, I am a Certified Mastery Coach of the International Association of Coaching and have already been providing coaching services for three years.  I believe that career is the way in which people actualize themselves and contribute to the society.  Therefore, I hope that through coaching, I can help people find out their visions and missions, discover their potential and limiting beliefs, set their "smart" goals and action plans, achieve their goals continuously.
