As a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist, my main responsibility will be to manage and optimize the online sales process, logistics operations, and digital marketing strategies. Driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. My expertise in platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, Best Buy, and eBay, as well as my knowledge of SEO (On-page / Off-page / Technical), social media management, and web development technologies (HTML/CSS/PHP/Liquid), will be critical in achieving these objectives. Details are as follows:

  • Ecommerce Platform Management:

    • Manage and maintain multiple ecommerce platforms, including WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, Best Buy, and eBay.
    • Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
    • Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and organic rankings.
    • Regularly update product catalogs, pricing, and promotions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Logistics and Order Fulfillment:

    • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order processing, packaging, and shipping.
    • Work closely with shipping carriers to negotiate rates and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Implement strategies to optimize shipping costs and reduce delivery times.
    • Resolve logistics-related issues, such as lost packages or delivery delays.
    • Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Digital Marketing:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand awareness.
    • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract and retain customers.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings.
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Inventory Management:

    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability.
    • Implement inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts.
    • Analyze demand patterns and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
    • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and develop strategies to liquidate or minimize losses.
  • Price Adjustment and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor pricing and market trends.
    • Implement pricing strategies to maximize profits while remaining competitive.
    • Monitor price changes and initiate adjustments as necessary.
    • Analyze pricing data and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Web Development and Technical Skills:

    • Utilize HTML, CSS, PHP, and liquid to customize and enhance ecommerce platforms.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website and ecommerce platforms.
    • Collaborate with developers to implement new features and functionalities.
    • Stay updated with emerging ecommerce technologies and industry trends.
